The name says it all. In Indian culture, “Ji” is a sign of respect, and Madam Ji pays homage to the strong women who challenge norms, speak their truth and live life on their own terms. She’s bold, she’s fearless, and she inspires everything we do.

Also lovingly known as Ricky, is on a mission to make Madam Ji the go-to modern Indian spot in Sydney. With a double whammy of culinary and hospitality studies under his belt, Ricky's got the chops, literally. His years in top hotels and restaurants have only fuelled his passion for blending traditional Indian flavours with modern ingredients. Inspired by his heritage and fiery love for cooking, Ricky serves up dishes that are as mouth-watering as they are innovative. Get ready to have your taste buds dazzled-Ricky's about to flip the script on Indian cuisine in the most flavour-packed way!

Introducing Maninder Singh, affectionately known as Mandy, the maestro of hospitality with a twist! With a Business degree specialising in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, Mandy has polished his skills in the lap of luxury, including prestigious roles at Hilton, the epitome of 5-star excellence. Mandy is always dedicated to pushing the boundaries of hospitality. At Madam Ji, he expertly blends traditional Indian flavours with inventive cocktails, setting a quirky new standard for Sydney's dining scene.
